ROBOVAX is protected by a provisional patent. We have until Aug 2021 to file PCT & international patents to protect the technology. That is not a lot of time. The traditional time consuming route of raising capital through equity has been overshadowed by NFTs (non-fungible tokens) which offer a quicker route and one that is in many ways more secure and provides a more liquid investment.

Very briefly an NFT allows one to sell an asset, any asset, to an individual who retains the right to that asset (and the benefits that may flow - in this case royalties) and retain the right to sell that asset again on an open market to other investors. Intellectual property (IP) is one such asset that benefits greatly from NFT's. Art is another (look up Foundation). It's really difficult to sell equity in a start up to other investors, but it is so much easier to sell your fractional rights to a patent (and the future royalty-based cash flows) to other buyers in the market, buyers who are looking at art, digital assets, even TV series, as an investment that are easily traded via NFTs.

ROBOVAX is issuing a fixed (unchangeable) number of NFTs which buys you a secure fraction of the future project value.  The quantity of tokens is set to allow you to decide what value to invest. The selling cost per token will naturally increase and early investors stand to gain the highest return, naturally at a higher risk. We are currently in the first round of raising money to fund the prototype development and look forward to your support in what we believe is a ground-breaking idea.
